Welp, the time has come. My ultimate choice, The 360 or PS3

As soon as I sell my paintball stuff I will have ~450. So ill be able to get one or the other

So... I was wondering, which do you perfer? I would like some feedback on the consoles before i make my purchase. Please avoid replys such as "I like ps3/xbox more cuz microsoft/sony (your word here)" and "A friend of mine said (neigitive words here) about the (console at hand)"

My personal choice would be the 360, but to be honest I've never played the PS2 or PS3 so I have nothing good or bad to say about that.

ive played both and prefer the 360, both solo and worldwide

theres always the red ring of death to consider... though the chance of that happening is lowered now

Xbox 360. They fixed the red ring of death on the elites. On the other hand my refurbished xbox can still get it.

I dont have comparison with PS, but I've played on xbox today and it was great

Disadventages are long loading times if you dont plan to invest bit more in version with builtin HD, the rest from amateur point of view was perfect, especially wireless pads- very ergonomic and solid in construction

Personally,I would stick with a computer and get better parts in it and get games like Grand theft Auto.

But if I HAD to chose a console,I would probally get the Playstation.It's suppose to have great graphics.

I've got friends that swear by both. When I looked at them, and compared the types of games that would be played in our house, we decided on a Wii. Go figure.

well yes, if you plan on playing lots of party games, go with Wii smash bros brawl is an excellent party game, along with a bunch of others

friends at my school are a 360 group its good, especially cod 6 thats coming out seems ultra awesome

It all depends on what type of games.

Wii = Party

Playstaion = Action

Xbox = Online

Computer = Most types
